It’s been a while since the New England Patriots last won a ring.

At least, their quarterback now has one of his own.

As shown by MLFootball on X, Drake Maye just got married to his lifelong girlfriend, Ann Michael Hudson.

Apparently, they’ve been together since they were 12 years old, and they’ve now tied the knot after a decade together.

Notably, this was the perfect time to enjoy these festivities, as the start of the season is just around the corner, and Maye won’t have that much spare time.

The Patriots have high hopes and expectations for their second-year quarterback, who showed glimpses of strong play as a rookie but has reportedly had a tough time with interceptions in offseason practices.

The Patriots doubled down on their commitment to Maye by trading backup QB Joe Milton III to the Dallas Cowboys, ending all speculation about a potential QB competition.

They also signed a proven veteran in Stefon Diggs, and they drafted promising weapons in RB TreVeyon Henderson and WR Kyle Williams, not to mention that they bolstered their shaky offensive line with Will Campbell as well.

It’s been a long time since the Patriots were a contender, but the front office believes that Maye can lead them back to where Tom Brady led them year in and year out.

And with Mike Vrabel at the helm after one year under Jerod Mayo’s leadership, this team is expected to take a big leap and at least flirt with playoff contention.
